DIGITIAL USAGE & PAYMENTS

Digital Product Usage

Upon purchase of the digital product, the Client will receive access to the product materials via a download link delivered to their email address. The Client will enjoy lifetime access to the materials as long as the product(s) remain available.

Beauty by Carisa™ grants the Client an exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to utilize the Product. The Client acknowledges and agrees that sharing the Product materials with any third party is prohibited. Should Beauty by Carisa™ suspect unauthorized sharing, it reserves the right to immediately terminate the Client’s access to the Product.

The Client may utilize the Product solely for personal use.

Fees & Payment Processing

In consideration for access to the Product provided by Beauty by Carisa, the Client agrees to remunerate Beauty by Carisa™ the specified fee as indicated on the online shopping cart. In case of any payment method decline by the online payment processor, the Client is obligated to furnish a new eligible payment method before accessing the Product. Should the Client already have access to the Product and a payment method declines, Beauty by Carisa retains the right to recover any outstanding receivables.

Refund Policy

Due to the immediate accessibility of digital products upon purchase, no refunds will be issued for any fees or other payments made by the Client in connection with the Product under any circumstances. For physical products, please contact Beauty by Carisa™, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement.
