Witch Hazel Vit C Acne Toner

Tamanu Oil - 5 drops
Lemon Essential Oil - 10 drops

This recipe is for an 8 oz spray bottle
1/2 the bottle (4 oz of alcohol-free witch hazel)
1/2 the bottle (4 oz of Rose Water or you can use distilled water)

Add
Tamanu Oil - 5 drops
Lemon Essential Oil - 10 drops

Shake recipe well before each use.
