Tamanu Protocol for acne, skin breakouts and skin conditions.

Wash your face with a daily Castile Milk solution.
Recipe: Combine 1 cup of water and two drops of Castile Soap; it should be milky in appearance. Pour into Spray Bottle. Spray face, and then pat dry with color-free cotton cloth, then get a fresh cloth and dry face THOROUGHLY. Be sure not to use those two facecloth again. Apply 1 drop Tamanu to forehead, and to left/right cheeks—massage into skin. Do not touch face. No steaming, no moisturizer needed. Do this AM/PM until skin has cleared. Discard Castile Milk every 24hr, keep it refrigerated and wash spray bottle/spray nozzle every day. DO NOT use any other skincare products while use Tamanu Protocol. When sunscreen is needed, cleanse your skin of the applied Tamanu Oil and apply sunscreen.
