Mix with any hydrosol (not water)
NOT witch hazel
MUST be a hydrosol (with no additional ingredients)

Blend:

Fill the rest of the bottle with your hydrosol

Wash face and apply- allow to dry then apply makeup, after makeup application mist face for setting spray allow to air dry do not pat.
