BLENDED BODY FIRMING OIL
OIL SERUM TRIO SET (Skin Tightening Serum, Botoks in a Bottle, Body Firming Oil):
PER USE
Black Cumin Seed Oil, 1 tablespoon
Jojoba Oil, 1/2 teaspoon
Fennel Seed Essential Oil, 2 drops
Grapefruit Essential Oil, 3 drops (or Geranium EO)

Black Cumin Seed Oil: 3oz
Fennel Seed Essential Oil, 12 drops
Jojoba Oil, 1 oz
Grapefruit (pink)* Essential Oil, 10 drops (or Geranium EO)

Add essential oils to dark, glass bottle first, then add carrier oils in smallest to largest measure.
Apply lid, shake gently. Let rest 24-48hr to synergize.
This oil is best used when slightly warmed up but do not allow oil to get hot it will destroy the properties.
Wash skin, then exfoliate .
Apply BFO to damp skin at the target area and allow it to air dry; while wrapped in a warm towel or warm robe. DO NOT massage, you do not want to pull skin and make the loose skin worse.
Remember, skin must be moist when applied.
*Can substitute GERANIUM EO (in same amounts listed in the recipe) in the event Grapefruit EO is out of stock or you cannot use Grapefruit EO. Both oils were trialed with great results in the recipe testing and use.
This works . If you have excessive weight loss with loose skin I do not want to give you false hope.
This is not plastic surgery and if the skin has been loose for many years this will not help you.
However, if you do have a little to moderate amount of loose skin this should work.
You may feel skin begin to tighten even after one use.
YOU MUST be consistent. DO NOT think after 3 -4 weeks it's not working.
This is a process. Keep doing it. If I would have given up on my skin I wouldn't be typing this.
