This oil is to be used with massage on the forehead before bed every night.
Sleeping on your back will also benefit your skin and 11 lines.

Recipe per use :
1 drop Lavender EO
1 drop Marula Oil
1 drop clinical grade Vitamin E Oil
1 drop Chamomile* Essential Oil
Blend in the palm of your hand and then gently massage the forehead while laying back also massage on and around the eyes.
Do not make faces, close your eyes and massage for 15 mins. Sleep on your back. Do this every night. Make sure you are using Clinical Grade oils for this to work.
*Roman and German Chamomile EO are interchangeable, they do have a different scent. Roman is preferred by author.
Above recipe is per use made, but can be made in a larger quantity if you want it to be. See below:
RECIPE FOR 5 ML BOTTLE
4 drop Lavender EO
3 drop Chamomile* Essential Oil
1 full dropper (1ml) clinical grade Vitamin E Oil
Marula Oil, for topping up
Use 5 ml roller bottle, add the essential oils 1st, then add the Vit E, then fill the rest of the bottle with the Marula carrier oil.
Wash face, exfoliate forehead. Apply to the 11 lines and massage well. You can also add a patch of your choice over the top for the night. Consistent use is the key. You will see an improvement with use daily after 1 week.
