If you've been notified in the VIP Community that you've won a prize, please complete the Claim Form in entirety to ensure your prize is valid.

SHIPPING POLICY

If you provided a valid email address, you will receive a tracking notice when  your order has been shipped.  If you provide the incorrect physical address please note that BBC is not responsible and your prize will not be reshipped. 

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

You have 30 days from the date of VIP Community notification to complete this Prize Claim Form.

Please contact product manufacturer in the event a product issue occurs. We are not liable for replacement/repair/reshipments. We do not replace items issued as gifts/prizes.

Please allow 30 days for prize delivery; DO NOT contact us regarding shipment delays before 30 days.
