If you've been notified in the VIP group that you've won a prize, please complete the entire claim form on this page to ensure your prize is valid.

SHIPPING POLICY

You will get  a tracking email when  your order has been shipped. If you provided a valid email. If you provide a wrong or invalid address, you are responsible for your lost or unarrived package. It will not be reshipped.

You have 30 days from the date of notification to complete this prize claim form.

Please contact product manufacturer in the event a product issue occurs; BWe are not liable for replacement/repair/reshipments. We do not replace items for prizes it is a gift.

Please allow 30 days for prize delivery DO NOT contact us regarding shipment delays before 30 days.
