Usage Instructions: Take a bath or shower, taking care to exfoliate the body well. To damp skin, apply a generous amount to the target areas. Wrap the area in a hot or warm towel and allow the towel to cool and then dress as normal. Best used before tight clothing such as a girdle, wrap or shapewear. Excellent to use before fascia blasting or cellulite massage treatment. Can use 2 x per day for faster results.
